BOB's Revolution Flex 3.0 is the jogging stroller most others are measured against. Sixteen-inch air-filled rear tires, adjustable mountain-bike-style suspension and a front wheel that swivels for errands or locks straight for running give it a smooth, stable ride on pavement and trails.

The handlebar has nine positions, the canopy is extra-large with a magnetic peek window, and there are six storage pockets plus an XL basket. It weighs 28.5 lb and the two-step fold is bulky, so it's not a trunk-friendly stroller.
